The 3 Spiritual Doors, Satan cannot Close

We Have a Great Desire to Populate Heaven

Revelation 3:8
§“I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.”

Door #1, Sacrifice

§Sacrifice is giving to God whatever He requires of us. Eg. our time, our earthly possessions, and our energies to further His work.

It was sacrifice that opened the door of redemption. After Christ open the door of sacrifice on the cross, redemption came, and grace came. The holiest place in the temple could not withstand the pressure. Matthew 27:51 says, “Behold, the veil of the temple was torn in pieces from the top to the bottom, and the earth shook the rocks split.”

Door #2, Diligence

§The biblical definition of Diligence is prompt, earnest, eager, perfect, or persistent. The habit of being persistent and making a hard-working effort in your work or duties may be a painful activity, but undergoing a significant change brings you impressive achievements

Proverbs 13:4 The soul of the slug desires and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied.

Proverbs 12:24 The hand of the diligent will rule, while the slothful will be forced into labor.

Door #3, Tithing

Leviticus 27:30 says, “A tithe of everything from the land, whether grain from the soil or fruit from the trees, belongs to the Lord: it is holy to the Lord.” God is reminding us that everything belonged to Him.

Proverbs 3:9-10, 9 Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops;

10 then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.

Malachi 3:10-12, Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.

11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not drop their fruit before it is ripe,” says the LORD Almighty.

12 “Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land,” says the LORD Almighty.
